ご注文日から３営業日以内に発送いたします。

恐れ入りますが配送日時のご指定は承っておりません。

商品到着後７日以内に１度限りサイズ交換が可能です。

注文サイズに誤りや問題があった際にはお問い合わせよりご連絡をお願いします。無断で弊社倉庫に返送された場合には交換処理ができませんので予めご了承ください。

またお届けした商品に欠陥がある場合には商品到着後１週間以内に弊社までご連絡お願いします。１週間以上経過した場合、返品に応じれない場合がございます。

商品に欠陥がある場合には当方負担、お客様のご都合による返品や交換の場合にはお客様負担となります。

The recovery boots are equipped with a timer of approximately 20 minutes.
We recommend using this timer once a day.

There is no problem with using it every day.

There are five different intensities that can be adjusted to suit your needs.
Please use the strength that you feel comfortable with. The strength level does not affect the effectiveness.

Spray some alcohol onto a clean, dry cloth and wipe the boot, being careful not to get the monitor or battery area wet.

We also sell batteries separately, so please purchase them separately.

Please avoid using this product during pregnancy. It is okay to use it for postpartum swelling. There are various risks involved, so please consult your doctor before using this product.

According to our research, there is no problem if you bring the battery on board and place the boots in a carry-on case and check them in as checked baggage.
